Common use of Premerger Notification Compliance Clause in Contracts

Premerger Notification Compliance. All requirements under the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 and the rules promulgated thereunder applicable to the transactions contemplated hereby shall have been met, including without limitation, all necessary filing and waiting requirements, and neither the United States Department of Justice, nor the Federal Trade Commission shall have raised objection to the transactions contemplated hereby, which condition has been satisfied.
