Disposal of Debris. Unless otherwise directed by the City, the Contractor shall be responsible for determining and executing the method and manner for lawful disposal of all eligible debris, including regulated hazardous waste. The primary location of the reduction and disposal site(s) shall be determined by the City and Contractor. Other sites may be utilized as directed and/or approved by the City.
Disposal of Debris. A. The materials from the demolition, and those used in the construction of the Work throughout the project, shall be deposited in such a manner so as to not endanger persons or the Work, and so that free access may be had at any time to all hydrants, gates and existing equipment in the vicinity of the work. The materials shall be kept trimmed-up so as to be of as little inconvenience as possible to the public travel and plant operations. All excavated materials not approved for backfill and fill, all surplus material, and all rock and boulders resulting from the excavations, shall be removed and satisfactorily disposed of off the site by the Contractor, at no additional expense to the Owner.
B. The materials being removed from the pipelines and manholes during the cleaning process shall be deposited in such a manner as to not endanger the public, plant personnel or persons performing the work. Such debris deposits may be of such nature, high in biological organic contents, or chemically aggressive that they will require proper disposal in a safe, health risk free, environment. Contact the Owner and Engineer and all agencies having jurisdiction thereof, for approval of debris disposal methods and locations of disposal, prior to disposing of any or all debris removed form pipe cleaning methods. All debris shall be removed and satisfactorily disposed of off the work site, at no additional expense to the Owner.
Disposal of Debris. All dirt, debris and other matter collected by Contractor during and after all maintenance operations shall be disposed in an approved manner in accordance with applicable City, State, and Federal codes.
Disposal of Debris. Remove and dispose of all debris and excess material generated from the installation of plants at the end of each day’s work and in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and ordinances.
Disposal of Debris. Seller shall remove from the Real Property to Buyer's reasonable satisfaction the items described on SCHEDULE 8A.15.

Disposal of Debris. The awarded vendor(s) must dispose of all debris and other materials gathered from the described work in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Remove leftover materials, trash, and debris from project site and surrounding areas daily.
Disposal of Debris. (a) Tenants shall ensure that all debris created by the Tenant’s Works is disposed of at the end of every day.
(b) The Landlord may require that Tenants bring onto the Premises a refuse bulk bin to contain such debris.
(c) Debris must be contained at places designated by the Landlord pending disposal. Disposal of debris at the Landlord’s bin centre is strictly prohibited.
(d) Alternatively, the Landlord may, at its sole discretion, provide a central bulk bin for containment of the debris arising from the Tenant’s Works and charge the Tenants for the disposal.
Disposal of Debris. (i) To ensure that all debris in the Property are disposed of by the Tenant daily in the manner prescribed by the Landlord.
(ii) If the Tenant fails to comply with Clause 3.16.22 (i) above, the Landlord is entitled (but not obliged) to dispose of the debris. All costs and expenses incurred by the Landlord must be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord immediately on demand.
