If on the WSA Form, the Customer has selected a “Premier” option, in addition to all of the services provided by the Company under Section 3(a), above, the Company shall: (i) open every box of the Customer’s Wine received by the Company; (ii) take inventory of every box and make such inventory count available to the Customer via the Company’s warehouse management software; (iii) place individual bottles of the Customer’s Wine in appropriate storage containers within the Customer’s storage locker; and (iv) add and remove bottles from Customer’s storage locker upon request by Customer.
