Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein depicts the buildings and other improvements on the Property that are used exclusively for WKRFA purposes, exclusively for CITY purposes, and jointly by WKRFA and the CITY. The CITY leases to WKRFA and WKRFA leases from the CITY the portion of the Property described in Exhibit B as being for the exclusive use of WKRFA “Premises.”
