The Land, and all of the estate, right, title and interest of Borrower at law or in equity in and to the Land, and all of the buildings, structures and improvements of every nature whatsoever now or hereafter situated on the Land and all fixtures, machinery, appliances, equipment, furniture and personal property of every kind whatsoever now or hereafter owned by Borrower and located in or on, or attached to, and used or intended to be used in connection with the Land.
