Premium Rate Adjustment Approval. Any changes to the premium rates must be approved by FHKC’s Board of Directors. Premium rate adjustments are also subject to the maximum average rate adjustment recommended by the Social Services Estimating Conference and approval by the Florida Legislature and Governor.
