Prepaid Long Distance. Reachify may require that, prior to activation, Subscriber deposit a one-time certain amount of prepaid long distance and other usage-based charges ("Prepaid Long Distance") as stated in the Service Order. The amount will be held as a deposit. Subscriber will be invoiced for long distance and other usage-based charges monthly in arrears as it is incurred.
