Common use of Prepaid Yearly Term Clause in Contracts

If SherWeb terminates a prepaid yearly term Agreement for convenience prior to the end of the then current Term without cause, a refund equal to the prepaid hosting fees attributable to the remaining month(s) PLUS the fee for the month in which the contract is terminated LESS any unpaid fees shall be issued within thirty (30) calendar days of account termination to the credit card on record at time of termination.
