For all Services with a prepaid yearly term contract including the Starter Web Hosting Plan, you may terminate the Agreement for convenience with a thirty (30) days advance written notice before the end of the Term. However, if the written notice is received after this required thirty (30) days but before the end of the Term, SherWeb may charge You a fee of $15.00 to proceed with the cancellation.

For all Services. CPC grants the Customer a revocable, non-transferable, non- sublicensable and non-exclusive licence to use the Services, Hardware and/or Software only during the term of this Agreement. The Customer shall not resell, transfer, rent, sub- licence or allow others in whatsoever manner, whether for consideration or not, to use or share the use of the Services, Hardware and/or Software without prior written consent of CPC.
For all Services. Pace acknowledges receipt of a deposit from Member in the amount stated on the previous page as security for the payment of the Service. The deposit shall be retained by Pace until Service to Member’s property is terminated; at which time, the deposit shall be refunded to Member less any amount owed by Member to Pace on a final bill for Service provided. • If Member purchases a Service tap for the Property, the Service tap fee shall be applicable only to the real property for which the tap is purchased and shall not be transferable to any other property without special approval from Pace’s Board of Directors (”BOD”). Special approval by ▇▇▇▇’▇ BOD to transfer a tap location shall only be granted in extraordinary circumstances. • No portion of the Service tap fee shall be refunded to Member. • Member shall pay for Service at the rate, time, and place as determined and established by ▇▇▇▇’▇ BOD. • Member agrees to inform all purchasers of the Member’s property of the existence of this Agreement.

  • Personal Services No employee shall be required to perform services of a personal nature.

  • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State unless he has a fixed base regularly available to him in the other Contracting State for the purpose of performing his activities. If he has such a fixed base, the income may be taxed in the other State but only so much of it as is attributable to that fixed base. 2. The term "professional services" includes especially independent scientific, literary, artistic, educational or teaching activities as well as the independent activities of physicians, lawyers, engineers, architects, dentists and accountants.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment exercised in the other Contracting State shall be taxable only in the first-mentioned State if: a) the recipient is present in the other State for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate 183 days in any twelve-month period commencing or ending in the tax year concerned, and b) the remuneration is paid by, or on behalf of, an employer who is not a resident of the other State, and c) the remuneration is not borne by a permanent establishment or a fixed base which the employer has in the other State. 3. Notwithstanding the preceding provisions of this Article, remuneration derived in respect of an employment exercised aboard a ship or aircraft operated in international traffic by a resident of a Contracting State, may be taxed in that State.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.
