PREPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FINANCIAL REPORTS. The Trustee shall prepare, or cause to be prepared an annual financial report within one hundred twenty (120) days after the close of each fiscal year, which report shall be distributed to Holders within thirty (30) days after it become available.
