Preparation and Submission of Cost Recovery Statements. (a) Provisional Cost Recovery Statements, containing estimated information where necessary, shall be submitted by the Contractor on the last day of each Quarter. (b) Final Quarterly Cost Recovery Statements shall be submitted within thirty (30) days after the end of the Quarter in question.
