Preparation of Certificates. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Broker and Principal Underwriter shall cooperate fully in the preparation of and execution of any certificates that may be required by a regulatory authority or by Applicable Law, in connection with the offer, sale, and/or servicing of the Contracts.
