Common use of Preparation of Change Orders and Construction Change Directives Clause in Contracts

Preparation of Change Orders and Construction Change Directives. The Architect- Engineer will prepare Change Orders and Construction Change Directives, and may jointly with the Owner authorize minor changes in the Work as provided in Article 9.3 of this Exhibit A. The Architect-Engineer will investigate and make determinations and recommendations regarding concealed and unknown conditions as provided in Article 11 of this Exhibit A.
