Common use of Preparation of Delivery Location Clause in Contracts

Preparation of Delivery Location. 14.2.1 The Supplier shall supply to the Contracting Company within the Preparation Notice Period, such information and assistance as may be necessary to enable the Contracting Company to prepare the Delivery Location for the placement, storage or location of the Deliverables, as the case may be. 14.2.2 The Supplier agrees to render such assistance as may be required or requested by the Contracting Company in the preparation of the Delivery Location.
