PREPARATION OF DRAWDOWN NOTICES. If on any date the Manager determines that an Advance under this Agreement is to be applied in accordance with the Sub-Fund Notice, the Manager may: (a) (PREPARE DRAWDOWN NOTICE): prepare a Drawdown Notice (containing the details referred to in clause 4.2) requesting an Advance on that date of an amount determined by the Manager; and (b) (DELIVER DRAWDOWN NOTICE): deliver the Drawdown Notice to the Redraw Facility Provider, with a copy to the Borrower, no later than the close of business on that day (or such later time as the Redraw Facility Provider and the Borrower may agree).
