Common use of Preparation of Pricing Supplements Clause in Contracts

Preparation of Pricing Supplements. The Trust and the Company will prepare a Pricing Supplement with respect to the Notes sold to the Agent(s) in a form previously agreed to by the Agent(s). The Trust and the Company will use their reasonable best efforts to deliver such Pricing Supplement no later than 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on the business day following the date of the Trust's acceptance of the offer for the purchase of such Notes and will file such Pricing Supplement pursuant to the applicable subparagraph of Rule 424(b) of the 1933 Act Regulations.
