PREPARATION OF PROPOSED SERVICE PLAN. During the term of this Agreement and prior to January 1 of each year, Authority shall prepare and submit to Contractor a Service Plan covering the next Fiscal Year. This Service Plan shall include a detailed description of the Services Authority expects Contractor to provide during the next Fiscal Year. These Services will form the basis for the Approved Budget and the Service Plan.
