Managing money and personal administration. The Young Person is in receipt of the correct benefits, debts are eliminated/ addressed. The Young Person is enabled to start managing effectively a budget and finances. • Welfare benefits have been accessed as appropriate. Young Person is not getting into further debt and he/she is able to start saving money. Able to pay bills and not in rent arrears. • Evidence from performance meetings, support plan reviews, case file audits and service user feedback. • Progress to also be assessed via the regular use of the ‘Outcome Star’ tool (scoring 1 to 10). • Claim any entitlements to benefits by age 18. • All necessary forms to be completed correctly.
