Prepare Project Scope of Work and Contract. This task includes establishing the scope of work through meetings outlined above. Fees will be negotiated with the Sponsor and may be subject to an independent fee estimate conducted by a third party hired by the Sponsor. This task also includes drafting the contract for the work to be completed by the Engineer for the Sponsor once negotiations are complete.
