Preparing, Filing or Recording Release Documentation. In connection with any release of Collateral or any Grantor pursuant to Section 4.1(a) or (b), the Collateral Trustee shall, promptly upon the request of Parent or the applicable Grantor, (i) execute, and deliver all agreements, instruments or documents to effect such release and (ii) provide to Parent or the applicable Grantor (or its designee or counsel) authorization to serve, file, register or record any such agreement, instrument or document.
