Common use of Prepay Permit Fees Clause in Contracts

Prepay Permit Fees. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in the event Permittee shall fail to pay any amount, including Permit Fees, when due hereunder, Director shall have the right to require Permittee to pay estimated Permit Fees and all other amounts due hereunder in advance of the month during which the same shall accrue. Such right shall be exercised by a notice from Director to Permittee, which notice may be given any time after such default by Permittee, regardless of whether the same is cured by Permittee.
