Rights of Ingress and Egress. The rights of ingress to, and egress from, Government facilities for the Contractor's personnel must be specified in the task order. Specific federally-controlled facilities or those areas located within a given facility may have additional security clearance requirements must be specified in the task order. Contractor employees, including Subcontractor employees, shall have in their possession, at all times while working, the specific Government identification credential issued by the Government. The identification credential shall be displayed and be visible at all times while on Government property. During all operations on Government premises, the Contractor's personnel shall comply with the rules and regulations governing the facility access policies and the conduct of personnel. The Government reserves the right to require Contractor personnel to "sign-in" upon entry and "sign-out" upon departure from the Government facilities. The Contactor shall be responsible for ensuring that all identification credentials are returned to the issuing agency whenever contract employees leave the contract, when the task order has been completed, employees leave the company, or employees are dismissed or terminated. The Contractor shall notify the issuing agency whenever employee badges are lost.
Rights of Ingress and Egress. Licensee shall have the right of ingress to and egress from its Licensed Area over public walkways and roadways. Licensee shall have the right to use common use roadways, following established speed and safety signage. Licensee's rights of ingress and egress and use of common use roadways shall be subject to all applicable laws and to regulations established by the Airport Director.

Subject to any applicable rules, regulations, or City policies governing the use of the Airport and Terminal, City grants to Concessionaire the non-exclusive right to use, in common with others, the areas designated by City to be public or to be used in common, including, but not limited to, xxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx, waiting rooms, hallways, restrooms and other passenger conveniences at the Airport and the Terminal, herein after referred to as “Public Areas”, for Concessionaire’s employees, patrons, guests and invitees for the use for which the Public Areas were designed. Concessionaire’s right under this section includes the right of ingress to and egress from the CSA for Concessionaire and its employees, patrons, guests, invitees, suppliers of materials and services, along with equipment, and other property related to Concessionaire’s business within the Terminal at the Airport under this Agreement. In addition, Concessionaire will be granted the right to access the loading dock area and stage product for brief periods prior to redistribution to the CSA. The rights of ingress and egress granted by this section may be exercised without charge, provided that City reserves the right charge Concessionaire for employee, patron, guest, and supplier parking privileges.

Permittee shall have the non-exclusive rights of ingress and egress across Airport property to conduct its permitted operations hereunder provided that such ingress and egress activity: (a) shall not impede or interfere with the operation of the Airport by City or the use of the Airport by its tenants, passengers, or employees; (b) shall be subject to Airport Rules and Regulations, as amended from time to time (as amended, the “Airport Rules”), including those pertaining to badging, permitting, and other security requirements; (c) shall be in or on hallways, roads, and other areas designated by Director from time to time; and (d) may be suspended or revoked by Director in the event of an emergency or a threat to the Airport.

Subject to any applicable rules, regulations, City, or Airport policies governing the use of the Airport and Terminal, The City grants to Operator the non-exclusive right to use, in common with others, the areas designated by City to be public or to be used in common, including, but not limited to, the walkways, streets, roadways, waiting rooms, hallways, restrooms and other passenger conveniences at the Airport and the Terminal, herein after referred to as “Public Areas”, for Operator’s employees, patrons, guests and invitees for the use for which the Public Areas were designed. Operator’s right under this section includes the right of ingress to and egress from the CSA for Operator and its employees, patrons, guests, invitees, suppliers of materials and services, along with equipment, and other property related to Operator’s business within the Terminal at the Airport under this Agreement. The rights of ingress and egress granted by this section may be exercised without charge, provided that the Airport may charge Operator for employee, patron, guest, and supplier parking privileges. All delivery times shall be coordinated with the Airport Director, or designee, to ensure that deliveries do not negatively impact the operation at the Airport. Operator shall provide a written program to the Airport Director for the orderly movement of products to the secured areas of the Terminal for written approval prior to implementation. The plan must be fully compliant with all Department of Homeland Security requirements, as may be amended from time to time. The Airport will incur no cost for any alterations that may be required for compliance.
Rights of Ingress and Egress. The City grants to Concessionaire the right of ingress and egress to and from the premises for Concessionaire's employees, agents, customers and invitees to the extent reasonably necessary in connection with the conduct of Concessionaire's business under this Agreement. Areas designated as restricted areas by the City shall be excluded.
Rights of Ingress and Egress. Such right of access from, in and over the Tract includes and shall extend to the Transferee, its servants, agents, contractors, sub-contractors with or without vehicles, machinery and equipment for all purpose, useful and convenient in connection with or incidental to the exercise and enjoyment of the right and easement herein granted and transferred as and from the date hereof and continuing in perpetuity.
Rights of Ingress and Egress. Buyer is hereby granted the right of ingress to and egress from and the privilege of entering upon said Property during normal business hours. Buyer shall notify Seller prior to entry and Buyer, its employee, and/or representative shall sign in and out at Seller’s office prior to Buyer’s ingress or egress on the Property. Buyer, its employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors and related persons shall conduct themselves as reasonably prudent logging operators and in a good and workmanlike manner while on the Property. Buyer shall coordinate in advance its daily activities with Seller’s management on site, and such management shall have the right to cause Buyer to alter or suspend its activities on the Property when safety concerns dictate or when Seller determines that Buyer’s activities may interfere with Seller’s or Seller’s designee’s operations. Buyer shall have the right to enter only those areas and utilize only those roads designated by Seller. Seller shall designate the boundaries of one location on the Property which Buyer may utilize to stack Timber prior to loading and to conduct loading operations.
Rights of Ingress and Egress. Company Partners shall have the non-exclusive rights of ingress and egress across Airport property to conduct their permitted operations hereunder, provided that such ingress and egress activity: (a) shall not impede or interfere, in any way, with the operation of the Airport or the use of the Airport by its tenants, passengers or employees; (b) shall be on roadways, and other areas designated by City from time to time; and (c) may be temporarily suspended by City in the event of an emergency or a threat to the Airport during the time period of such emergency or threat.
