Prepayment and Prepayment Premiums. Provided that Borrower notifies Lender with five (5) business daysprior written notice and a Default or an Event of Default hereunder is not continuing, Borrower may prepay the Loan, in whole or in part, with interest accrued to such date of prepayment on the amount prepaid. All partial prepayments shall be made together with accrued interest, penalties and fees.
