Penalties and Fees. This Agreement does not contain an Early Termination Fee. Your EDU may charge a “Switching Fee” if you switch to or from another electric supplier. If you return to your EDU after switching to an alternative electric supplier, you may or may not be served under the same rates, terms, and conditions that apply to other customers served by the EDU.
