Common use of Prepayment of Basic Rent Clause in Contracts

Prepayment of Basic Rent. The Company may at any time prepay all or any part of the Basic Rent provided for hereunder. During such times as the amount held by the Trustee in the Bond Fund shall be sufficient to pay, at the time required, the principal of and interest on all the Bonds then remaining unpaid, the Company shall not be obligated to make payments of Basic Rent under the provisions of this Lease Agreement.
