Prepayment of Basic Rent. (a) The Developer may at any time and from time to time prepay all or any part of the Basic Rent provided for hereunder (subject to the limitations of Section 301(a) of the Indenture relating to the partial redemption of the Bonds). During such times as the amount held by the Trustee in the Bond Fund shall be sufficient to pay, at the time required, the principal of and interest on all the Bonds then remaining unpaid, the Developer shall not be obligated to make payments of Basic Rent under the provisions of this Lease.
