Any Credit Party shall pay any Indebtedness arising before the Filing Date other than (i) pursuant to the Motion of the Debtors Pursuant to Section 105(a) of the Bankruptcy Code for Authorization to Pay Prepetition Claims of Trade Vendors in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and (ii) as permitted by orders of the Bankruptcy Court reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders; or
