Provided no Event of Default exists under any of the Loan Documents, in the event of any prepayment of the Debt pursuant to the terms of Article 8 or Section 17.4 of the Loan Agreement, no prepayment premium shall be due in connection therewith, but Borrower shall be responsible for all other amounts due under any of the Loan Documents.
