Common use of Prepetition Matters Clause in Contracts

Prepetition Matters. An appointment to represent a child who is in custody and being interrogated or is otherwise detained is a credit, even if no petition is later filed on the allegations involved. The appointment continues through disposition on any petition that is later filed on those allegations and no additional case credit is received.
