Presence at Acceptance Tests. The Owner and its representatives will be permitted to witness and have unrestricted access to the Vendor's and its Subcontractors' Acceptance Tests, provided that no such access will materially interfere with or cause undue delay of the Vendor's Work. Nothing herein will be deemed to require the Vendor to reimburse the Owner for any costs incurred by the Owner in the Owner's participation in or observation of Acceptance Tests or other tests performed by the Vendor pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of this Section 9.
