Present Policies and Practices. The Board shall retain all rights, powers, duties and authority granted by law and shall adopt, rescind or modify such policies, rules and regulations as it deems appropriate provided such action is nonviolative of 4117.08 of the Ohio Revised Code and that the provisions of this agreement supersede and prevail over any Board policies, rules and regulations.
