Presentation. At any step of the grievance procedure, the State representative may determine it desirable to hold a grievance conference. If a grievance conference is scheduled, the grievant or a Union xxxxxxx, or both, may attend without loss of compensation. A Union representative or job xxxxxxx may request a meeting at the first or second step.

If requested by Visit Orlando, the County, the Tourist Development Council, or the Sports Incentive Committee, Recipient shall conduct a presentation to such requestor before or afterthe Event which will include, but not be limited to, financial and program summaries of its activities and the Event.

Architect along with any involved consultant(s) shall present and review with the District and, if directed, with it’s the District’s governing board, the summary and detail of work involved in this Phase, including two dimensional renderings of any proposed facility suitable for public presentation.

3.13.2. The Schematic Design shall be revised within the accepted program parameters until a final concept within the accepted Construction Cost Budget has been accepted and approved by the District at no additional cost to the District.

On group grievances, no more than three District employees may participate while on duty, whether grievants, representatives, or witnesses, unless otherwise approved by the district. b. The District agrees that employees shall not suffer loss of compensation for time spent as a grievant, representative, or witness at a hearing held pursuant to this procedure, except as limited by this section.

All parties recognize that it is mutually beneficial to resolve disputes as informally as possible. When informal resolution is not possible, a formal grievance may be filed.

You shall present to My Choice Enrollees a means by which My Choice Enrollees can expressly request enrollment in the UPS My Choice® service through the Application (a “My Choice Enrollment Consent Notice”). The Interface to the Application must include a checkbox as part of the My Choice Enrollment Consent Notice. The My Choice Enrollment Consent Notice may be accompanied by a My Choice Enrollment Licensed Marks, provided that such My Choice Enrollment Licensed Marks are displayed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. A My Choice Enrollment Consent Notice shall be in a form substantially similar to the following: “Yes! Pre-enroll me in the UPS My Choice® service so I can receive package delivery notifications by email. I understand UPS will use data collected by [You] to pre-enroll me in the UPS My Choice® service and send an email to the address I provided with more information, including how I can fully enroll to receive additional features. For questions, please refer to the UPS Privacy Notice at xxx.xxx.xxx.” The My Choice Enrollment Consent Notice shall be prefaced by a checkbox that is not pre-selected.
Presentation. A member or his/her representative, or both, may present a grievance while on duty. On all grievances, two (2) designated representatives may participate in addition to having up to five (5) grievants or witnesses selected by the Association. Any increase in the number of witnesses beyond the above must be approved by the District. That approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Presentation. A. Upon request, Contractor shall meet with the DSH to present any findings, conclusions, and recommendations required by the Agreement for approval. If set forth in the Agreement, Contractor shall submit a comprehensive final report for approval. Both the final meeting and the final report shall be completed on or before the date indicated in this Agreement.
Presentation. Volumes shall be separately bound in three (3) ring binders that permit the volume to lie flat when open. Staples shall not be used. A cover sheet shall be included in each binder, clearly marked with date of offer, volume number, title, copy number, Solicitation number and the Offeror’s name. The same identifying data shall be placed on the spine of each binder. Information shall not be incorporated by reference. A suitable table of contents shall be provided with each volume for ready reference to sections, tables, and figures. All pages in each volume shall be numbered sequentially with Arabic numerals for contents subject to page limitations or with lower case Roman numerals for introductory contents (e.g., title pages, tables of contents, and acronym lists). Offerors shall tab each subsection within each volume for ease of reference. Tabs and dividers are not included in the page count limits.
