Common use of Presentation of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Presentation of Certificates. Upon receipt of notice of the final Distribution Date with respect to any Class, the Trustee will notify each affected Certificateholder that the next Distribution Date will be the final Distribution Date. In the event that a Certificateholder fails to deliver its Certificate(s) for cancellation on the final Distribution Date, by its purchase of a Certificate it agrees to indemnify the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the Trust Fund against all claims with respect to such Certificate arising following such Distribution Date. Claims against the Trust for payment on such Certificate shall be void unless made within three years from the Termination Date.
