Common use of Presentation of Payment Clause in Contracts

Presentation of Payment. The electronic bill is due and payable on the first business day of the month and is past due if unpaid by the 15th or the first business day after if the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday of each month. If your payment is not made within these terms, Company may begin procedures to cancel all services. You will be informed of such action if required by law.
