Billing and Payment Terms Customer will be billed monthly in advance of the provision of Internet Data Center Services, and payment of such fees will be due within thirty (30) days of the date of each Exodus invoice. All payments will be made in U.S. dollars. Late payments hereunder will accrue interest at a rate of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month, or the highest rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower. If in its judgment Exodus determines that Customer is not creditworthy or is otherwise not financially secure, Exodus may, upon written notice to Customer, modify the payment terms to require full payment before the provision of Internet Data Center Services or other assurances to secure Customer's payment obligations hereunder.
Pricing and Payment Terms Customer Payment terms shall be as set forth in the Master Agreement.
Payment Terms and Conditions 67.6.1 CLEC shall pay a Transit Service Charge as set forth in Table 1 for any Transit Traffic routed to CenturyLink by CLEC.
Invoicing and Payment Terms [Within [X] days at the end of each month] [Upon completion of the Contract] Contractor will submit an Invoice in accordance with pricing as specified in the Contract. Mercy Corps will make payment to Contractor for all sums not in dispute within 30 days of receipt of Contractor’s invoice(s) (the “Payment Terms”).
Prices and Payment Terms 5.1 Order prices are net and do not include value added tax (“VAT”). VAT shall be payable in addition, where applica- ble and on receipt by us from the Supplier of a valid VAT invoice (or other relevant document required for the pur- pose of VAT recovery by us) except where some other express arrangement has been agreed. Unless otherwise specified in the order, the prices agreed shall remain unchanged until fulfillment of the contract is completed.
Compensation and Payment Terms A. Subject to the satisfactory performance of the services required of Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, and to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and following Contractor’s submission of an appropriate claim, and such other documentation that the County may require, County shall pay Contractor according to the terms set forth in Exhibit C, Terms of Payment. Contractor agrees to accept the foregoing payments as full and complete payment for all services provided pursuant to this Agreement, irrespective of whether the cost of such services and related administrative expenses exceed such payments.
Fees and Payment Terms 4.1. When Customer’s Fees are Due: All Fees charged under the Agreement are due and payable on the due date quoted on the invoices generated by Aptum, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with the applicable Product Terms.
DISTRIBUTION AND DEFAULT SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Capacity Pipeline Capacity, Underground Storage Withdrawal Capacity, Underground Storage Capacity and Peaking Capacity as defined in these Terms and Conditions. Capacity Allocators The proportion of the Customer’s Total Capacity Quantity that comprises Pipeline Capacity, Underground Storage Withdrawal Capacity and Peaking Capacity. City Gate The interconnection between a Delivering Pipeline and the Company’s distribution facilities. Company Eversource Gas Company of Massachusetts d/b/a Eversource Energy Company Gas Allowance The difference between the sum of all amounts of Gas received into the Company’s distribution system and the sum of all amounts of Gas delivered from the Company’s distribution system as calculated by the Company for the most recent twelve (12) month period ending July 31. Such difference shall include, but not be limited to, Gas consumed by the Company for its own purposes, line losses and Gas vented and lost as a result of an event of Force Majeure, excluding gas otherwise accounted for. Company-Managed Supplies Capacity contracts held and managed by the Company in accordance with governing tariffs, but made available to the Supplier pursuant to Section 13.9 of these Terms and Conditions, including supply-sharing contracts and load- management contracts. Consumption Algorithm A mathematical formula used to estimate a Customer’s daily consumption. Critical Day In accordance with Section 19.0 of these Terms and Conditions, a Day declared at any time by the Company in its reasonable discretion when unusual operating conditions may jeopardize operation of the Company’s distribution system.
Additional Donor Terms and Conditions The Donor Terms (if any) are incorporated in this Agreement by reference and are fully binding on Contractor and Mercy Corps. In the event of a conflict between the Donor Terms and any other provision of this Agreement (including any Additional Terms of TO) or any other document between Contractor and Mercy Corps, the Donor Terms will prevail.
Agreement Terms and Conditions 2.01 This Agreement is for a space in the JCU housing system, and covers the entire academic year (both Fall and Spring semesters), or any portion of the academic year remaining at the time this Agreement is signed. Residence in JCU residence halls requires participation in JCU’s residential dining program. The Student will be assessed all fees for the agreement term if the Student enrolls but does not occupy the assigned space and does not have approval of this Agreement cancelled in writing pursuant to 14.04.
