Presentation of Tranches. Not more frequently than once each calendar month between the Effective Date and the Initial Completion Deadline, a Seller shall present a Tranche Presentation Certificate to Purchaser listing Projects that are reasonably expected to satisfy the conditions in Section 2.3 on the Purchase Date for such tranche (such collection of Projects, a “Tranche”).
