Common use of Presentations to the Public Clause in Contracts

Presentations to the Public. Upon request of the Owner, the Architect shall make presentations as necessary to explain the design of the Project to the Board of Trustees and the public. Unless otherwise agreed, the materials for such presentations shall be limited to those prepared as part of basic services for the phase of design services completed as of the date of the presentation.
