Common use of Preservation and Enforcement of Rights Clause in Contracts

Preservation and Enforcement of Rights. The Borrower will, from time to time on demand of the Agent reimburse the Lenders, the Agent, the Security Agent and the Arranger for all reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) on a full indemnity basis together with any VAT thereon incurred by them in connection with the preservation and/or enforcement of any of the rights of the Agent, the Security Agent or the Lenders under the Financing Documents and any document referred to in the Financing Documents.

The Borrower willshall, from time to time on demand of the Agent Agent, reimburse the Lenders, the Agent, the Security Agent Arrangers and the Arranger Banks for all reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) on a full indemnity basis together with any VAT thereon reasonably incurred by them in or in connection with the preservation and/or enforcement of any of the rights of the Agent, the Security Agent or Arrangers and the Lenders Banks under the Financing Documents and any document referred to in the Financing Finance Documents.
