Preservation and Enforcement of Rights. The Borrower shall, from time to time on demand of the Agent, reimburse the Agent, the Banks and the Security Trustee for all costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred in or in connection with the preservation and/or enforcement of any of the rights of the Agent, the Banks and the Security Trustee under the Facility Documents.
