Common use of Preservation and Enforcement of Rights Clause in Contracts

Preservation and Enforcement of Rights. The Borrower shall, from time to time on demand of the Lender reimburse the Lender for all costs and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) together with any VAT thereon properly incurred in or in connection with the preservation and/or enforcement of any of its rights under this Agreement (except where the relevant claim is successfully defended by the Borrower).
