Common use of Preservation and Enforcement of Rights Clause in Contracts

Preservation and Enforcement of Rights. The Principal Company shall, from time to time on demand of the Facility Agent, reimburse each of the Agents, the Arrangers and the Banks for all costs and expenses (including legal fees) together with any VAT thereon incurred in or in connection with the preservation and/or enforcement of any of the rights of any of the Agents, the Arrangers and the Banks under this Agreement.
