Common use of Preservation and Enforcement of Rights Clause in Contracts

Preservation and Enforcement of Rights. The Borrowers, acting through the Relevant Obligor shall, from time to time on demand of the Agent, reimburse the Finance Parties for all costs and expenses (including legal fees) on a full indemnity basis together with any VAT thereon incurred in or in connection with the preservation and/or enforcement of any of the rights of the Finance Parties under the Finance Documents and any document referred to in the Finance Documents (including, without limitation, any costs and expenses reasonably incurred in relation to any investigation as to whether or not an Event of Default might have occurred or is likely to occur or any steps necessary or desirable in connection with any proposal for remedying or otherwise resolving an Event of Default or Potential Event of Default).

The Borrowers, acting through the Relevant Obligor Principal Borrower, shall, from time to time on demand of the Agent, reimburse the Finance Parties for all costs and expenses (including legal fees) on a full indemnity basis together with any VAT thereon incurred in or in connection with the preservation and/or enforcement of any of the rights of the Finance Parties under the Finance Documents and any document referred to in the Finance Documents (including, without limitation, any costs and expenses reasonably incurred in relation to any investigation as to whether or not an Event of Default might have occurred or is likely to occur or any steps necessary or desirable in connection with any proposal for remedying or otherwise resolving an Event of Default or Potential Event of Default).
