The Bond Administrator may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished. Bondholders may communicate pursuant to TIA (S)312(b) with other Bondholders with respect to their rights under this Indenture or under the Bonds. The Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Bond Registrar shall have the protection of TIA (S) 312(c).
