PRESERVATION OF INFORMATION COMMUNICATIONS WITH DEBENTUREHOLDERS. (a) The Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, all information as to the names and addresses of the holders of Debentures contained in the most recent list furnished to it as provided in Section 6.1 and as to the names and addresses of holders of Debentures received by the Trustee in its capacity as Debenture Registrar for the Debentures (if acting in such capacity). (b) The Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in Section 6.1 upon receipt of a new list so furnished. (c) Debentureholders may communicate as provided in Section 312(b) of the Trust Indenture Act with other Debentureholders with respect to their rights under this Indenture or under the Debentures.
