Preservation of Information Communications with the Debentureholders. (a) The Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, all information as to the names and addresses of the holders of Debentures contained in the most recent list furnished to it as provided in Section 6.1 and as to the names and addresses of holders of Debentures received by the Trustee in its capacity as Debenture Registrar for the Debentures (if acting in such capacity).
