Common use of Preservation of Information Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Information. The Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of Certificateholders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Trustee as provided in Section 7.14, and the names and addresses of Certificateholders received by the Trustee in its capacity as Registrar, if so acting. The Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in Section 7.14, upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

Preservation of Information. (1) The Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of Certificateholders Holders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Trustee as provided in Section 7.14, 15.1 and the names and addresses of Certificateholders Holders received by the Trustee in its capacity as Security Registrar, if so acting. The Trustee may destroy any list list, if any, furnished to it as provided in Section 7.14, 15.1 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

The Indenture Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of Certificateholders the Holders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Indenture Trustee as provided in Section 7.14, 7.1 and the names and addresses of Certificateholders Holders received by the Indenture Trustee in its capacity as Note Registrar, if so acting. The Indenture Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.14, 7.1 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

The Indenture Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.14, 7.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

The Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in Section 7.147.15, upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

The Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of Certificateholders Holders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Trustee as provided in Section 7.14, and the names and addresses of Certificateholders 6.01 or received by the Trustee in its capacity as Note Registrar, if so acting. The Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in Section 7.14, 6.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

The Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of Certificateholders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Trustee as provided in Section 7.147.13, and the names and addresses of Certificateholders received by the Trustee in its capacity as Registrar, if so acting. The Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in Section 7.147.13, upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

The Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in Section 7.14, upon receipt of a new list so furnished).

The Certificate Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of Certificateholders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Certificate Trustee as provided in Section 7.146.11 or Section 2.07(a), as the case may be, and the names and addresses of Certificateholders received by the Trustee in its capacity as Registrar, if so acting. The Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in Section 7.14, upon receipt of a new list so furnished.received
