Preservation of Licenses. The Seller covenants and agrees that from and after the date of the execution and delivery of this Agreement through and including the Closing Date, except only as otherwise specifically required by or provided in this Agreement, the Seller will cause the Company to use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve the Licenses.
