FCC License definition

FCC License means a License issued or granted by the FCC.
FCC License means any license, authorization, approval, or permit granted by the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, to the Company or any Subsidiary Guarantor, or assigned or transferred to the Company or any Subsidiary Guarantor pursuant to FCC consent.
FCC License any community antenna relay service, broadcast auxiliary license, earth station registration, business radio, microwave or special safety radio service license issued by the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.
