PRESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND ENTITLEMENT. 44.1 Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, Merchantrade’s rights and entitlement under this Agreement shall continue to remain in full force and effect and shall survive any cancellation, termination, revocation or suspension of the Card.
