SUPPLEMENTARY CREDIT CARD. 10.1 At the request of the Cardmember, Maybank may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue a Supplementary Credit Card to a person nominated by the Cardmember under his/her Credit Card Account. 10.2 The Principal Cardmember will be responsible and liable for all charges incurred by his Supplementary Cardmember. The Supplementary Cardmember shall be liable for all charges incurred by him/her in an individual capacity. Further, the Cardmember shall be liable to ensure that his/her Supplementary Cardmember shall observe all terms, conditions and obligations herein set out. 10.3 At the expressed request of the Cardmember, Maybank may agree to grant the Supplementary Cardmember access to the Cardmember’s Maybank Current Account and/or Savings Account with the expressed authority of the Cardmember who shall also specify whether the Supplementary Cardmember shall have such access through the use of the ATM. 10.4 The Supplementary Credit Card issued may be cancelled at the request of the Cardmember in writing accompanied by the Supplementary Credit Card cut in halves and returned to Maybank provided that such cancellation shall not affect the Parties’rights and entitlement, duties and obligations accrued before such cancellation.

SUPPLEMENTARY CREDIT CARD. 10.1 If you are the Principal Cardmember, we may at your request and at our discretion, issue a Supplementary Credit Card to a person nominated by you. Such Supplementary Credit Card will be subsidiary to the Credit Card issued to you and all charges incurred under the Supplementary Credit Card will be charged to your Credit Card Account. 10.2 These terms and conditions will apply equally to any Supplementary Credit Card. By using a Supplementary Credit Card, the Supplementary Cardmember will be taken to have agreed to these terms and conditions as they apply to him or her. If you are the Principal Cardmember, you will be liable: (a) for all actions of your Supplementary Cardmember, and all charges (including fees, costs and Finance Charges) incurred by your Supplementary Cardmember; and (b) to ensure that your Supplementary Cardmember observes these terms and conditions (as they apply to him or her), and complies with his or her obligations. All references to “the Credit Card” in these Terms and Conditions, and to the liabilities incurred by you in relation to use of the Credit Card, shall be construed accordingly. 10.3 Notwithstanding the above, the Supplementary Cardmember will also be liable for all charges incurred by him or her in a personal capacity. 10.4 We may in our discretion, agree to any request made by you to grant a Supplementary Cardmember access to your Maybank current account or saving accounts or use of the ATM. 10.5 You may request in writing that any Supplementary Credit Card be cancelled. If you do so, the Supplementary Credit Card must at the same time be cut in half, and the cut halves returned to us. The cancellation will not, affect any of our or your accrued rights or obligations.
SUPPLEMENTARY CREDIT CARD i. The Bank may issue a supplementary card upon the request of the Cardholder of the main credit card for any of the adult relatives of the Cardholder at the same terms and conditions of the main card and with a credit limit that does not exceed the Principal Credit Card’s Credit Limit. The outstanding or unsettled balances of the supplementary card shall be part and parcel of the main card. ii. The Cardholder shall be fully responsible against all the ensuing obligations of the supplementary card including any outstanding or unpaid balance.
